Dulra User Agreement

1. Service Overview

Dulra is a mobile application designed to help users analyze outfit fabric breathability, manually label comfort levels, and generate personalized comfort record cards. Users can upload outfit photos, select fabric types, rate breathability, and save their comfort tracking records.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Dulra app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement.

2. Account Rules

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dulra. Users under 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before creating an account or using the service.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activities conducted through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly to ensure accuracy.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or other users.

3. Usage Guidelines

When using Dulra, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Using the app for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose, including infringement of intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the app, its content, or underlying technology without explicit written permission.
• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any content that is offensive, defamatory, infringing, explicit, or violates the privacy or rights of any third party.
• Interfering with the app's functionality, security, or server infrastructure, including introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Using the app to collect personal data of other users without their explicit, informed consent.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Content Rights & Responsibilities

User Content: Outfit photos, fabric labels, comfort ratings, and other content you upload to Dulra remain your intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant Dulra a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and process your content solely to provide the app's core services.

Platform Content: All fabric guides, breathability scales, comfort card templates, graphics, and app design are the exclusive property of Dulra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to share such content on the platform.

5. Payment Terms

Dulra may offer premium features, subscription plans, or in-app purchases for advanced fabric analysis tools and exclusive comfort tracking templates. All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple App Store).

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of the subscription period and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with your purchases.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for premium features with reasonable prior notice to users.

6. Service Modification & Termination

Dulra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

We may terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this User Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, and we may delete any of your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dulra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's functionality, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that your content will be safe or not lost.

Fabric breathability ratings and comfort suggestions are for general guidance only. Dulra is not liable for any discomfort, skin reactions, or decisions you make based on the content provided in the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dulra and its operators, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Dulra in the 12 months prior to the date of the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dulra operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or representative action.

10. Agreement Updates

Dulra reserves the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app, email, or other appropriate communication channels.

Your continued use of the app after the effective date of the updated agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review this agreement periodically for any changes.
